Building a serene, trust-first digital space for mental wellness.
We designed and developed a bespoke Framer website for Counsel with Aditi, a professional counselling practice. Focused on empathy and user comfort, the platform features a soothing aesthetic, transparent service breakdowns, and streamlined consultation funnels—making mental health support clear, approachable, and easy to book for every visitor.
(MY APPROACAH)
Our approach centered on turning a digital website into a tranquil, reassuring extension of the therapeutic room.
Psychological Comfort First: Prioritized calm visual aesthetics and approachable language to make visitors feel safe, validated, and understood from the top fold.
Clarity Over Complexity: Replaced dense clinical terminology with plain-language service breakdowns, making it effortless for users to identify which session fits their needs.
Low-Anxiety Conversion: Designed warm, encouraging Call-to-Actions (CTAs) that make booking a initial consultation feel approachable rather than intimidating.
Seamless Responsive Execution: Built natively on Framer to guarantee smooth performance across mobile devices, where most personal health searches occur.
(VISION & INNOVATION)
The core vision was to create a gentle, reassuring digital gateway that normalizes mental health support and removes the anxiety of taking the first step into therapy. We aimed to build an online space for Counsel with Aditi that feels like a quiet, supportive sanctuary—combining aesthetic warmth, transparent therapy processes, and frictionless booking to empower individuals to seek help with confidence.

(CHALLENGES)
Designing for vulnerability and emotional comfort.
Creating a web presence for Counsel with Aditi required addressing unique challenges native to the mental health field:
Cognitive Overload: Users under emotional stress struggle with busy layouts and dense text. We had to carefully curate visual hierarchy and white space to keep the experience tranquil.
Building Immediate Rapport: Digital touchpoints often feel cold. The challenge was making a screen feel human, warm, and safe from the very first scroll.
Frictionless Communication: Designing a clear pathway for clients to inquire about sessions or book consultations without feeling pressured or intimidated.
(PROBLEMS)
Prior to establishing a dedicated Framer website, Counsel with Aditi faced specific challenges in reaching and reassuring individuals seeking support:
Digital Coldness: Generic messaging or scattered social profiles failed to project the warmth, privacy, and calm required for mental health support.
Inquiry Hesitation: Lacking a simple, low-pressure online booking mechanism made taking that initial "first step" feel intimidating for clients.
Cluttered Information Flow: Prospective clients struggled to find structured details regarding session formats, fees, and therapeutic approaches quickly.

(USER-CENTRIC DESIGN)
Designing for emotional safety and ease.
When designing for a mental health practice, standard UI/UX rules aren't enough—the design must actively lower anxiety. For Counsel with Aditi, our user-centric approach prioritized emotional comfort and simplicity:
Cognitive Ease: Minimized clutter and avoided clinical jargon, ensuring visitors feel understood and welcome from the very first scroll.
Transparent Guidance: Clearly mapped out what clients can expect during a first consultation to remove the fear of the unknown.
Low-Anxiety Action Points: Integrated warm, reassuring contact options that make reaching out feel like a supportive conversation rather than a corporate transaction.
(USER NEEDS)
To build a truly supportive web experience for Counsel with Aditi, we first mapped out what users in need of mental health guidance are looking for:
Reassurance Before Commitment: Clients need to feel an immediate sense of warmth and trust. They want to know who they are talking to and what to expect during the first session.
Zero-Overwhelm Navigation: Individuals seeking therapy often experience decision fatigue. They need clear, plain-language descriptions of session types (anxiety, individual growth, relationships) rather than dense clinical text.
Accessible Touchpoints: Visitors need an effortless, low-pressure way to reach out—whether through a gentle consultation form or direct message—whenever they feel ready to take that step.
